Perfect stay in wonderful place. The hotel just on the lake shore with the picturesque view. The staff super friendly, we were upgraded for free and as I had my birthday they presented me a cake with a candle. Spa-zone with pool, hamam and sauna. We will definitely come back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Le Pelican, a pleasant six minute walk from the old town of Annecy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel staff were attentive to our request for a quieter room when we found our initial room overlooked a metal walkway to the front patio, which was pretty noisy. Lauren, at the front desk, was very friendly and helpful and suggested a couple of very good restaurants in the old town. We found a taxi from a train station taxi stand and a return trip via the “Bolt” app rideshare (suggested by someone at the hotel) to be better cheaper and faster than Uber. Breakfast was definitely worth including in the room rate, as they had ample self-service breakfast offerings in their lovely “O Bon Bec” gourmet bistro space which in nice weather would appear to include access to the outdoor patio. The hotel has a convenient space off the lobby where a local artisan bakery sells bread, sandwiches, pastries and beverages. Only after returning to the US did we discover that a wing of the hotel is actually a listed heritage building, it blends so seamle

Very professional, friendly and approachable staff during our stay (receptionist, in the SPA, dinner and breakfast). Plenty of options for dairy free, vegan and vegetarian at the restaurant as well as for the breakfast. Classical and signature cocktails are well executed. This hotel has a convenient location near the train station and we enjoyed having a room with a balcony. The bed was comfy, everything was clean, breakfast was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The entrance and dining areas are nice as is the little terrace out back. You can rent bikes from the hotel, but, unfortunately, we didn't have time. From the hotel, you can get to the old town and lake very easily, and the day of our departure, the hotel kept our luggage while we took one more little walk.
