My stay at the hotel was fantastic! I found it in one of the best locations in the beautiful city of Annecy — it was literally steps away from the center of the city. It was well situated as it was walking distance to all the major shops and must see attractions. The staff was also very kind and hospitable; they took their time to guide me as far as suggesting their own personal recommendations and directions. The hotel itself was incredibly beautiful and very unique — everywhere you looked there was intricate artwork. I felt as though I time traveled as it was very art deco and cool. The room also was very cozy and clean. Had I had time, I would have extended but will definitely stay again

Location is perfect in the old town. Hotel and Restaurant staff are delightful. We felt very welcome here. Quintessentially French old building but recently refurbished rooms that were quiet, contemporary and clean. It offers the best of both worlds plus the comfortable beds we have slept in! I absolutely loved the view from my room: the mountains and the lake. Even though the room itself is quite small, it wasn't really an issue, because it was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. There's also a little balcony) The breakfast was also quite good: croissants and pain au chocolat, fruit, yoghurt, good coffee, juices, eggs and ham/cheese to make a sandwich. For me it was enough. There's also a fridge and a microwave on the first floor, in case you want to buy some readymade food. But do right your name on the food!
