The restaurant meal was fabulous and good value. The staff spoke excellent English and had a great knowledge of wine to recommend. The secure parking and large grounds were also of benefit to me.

I like old fashioned French hotels with creaky floorboards, spacious rooms and town centre locations. This could be a superb hotel, but it isn’t. It is neglected
