David was great to get back to my queries via email before our stay and met us on arrival as we arrived earlier than the normal check in time. David let us into the apartment before the scheduled time and helped me with my bags. The apartment exceeded my expectations and the area while a little far on the metro into the attractions was beautiful. The fact that the metro was a walk it didn’t bother us as the area was really quaint with a great coffee shop and shops and view of the Eiffel Tower. There were two metro stations around within a 5/10 minute walk from the apartment. We loved our stay and wish to thank David for all his help.

- Great host. Intouch before arrival, smooth check-in. Very helpful if needed anything during the stay over WhatsApp. - Very clean flat. All information on the website is correct. - Metro near by (10-15mins walk). We got 3 day ticket for the family and used the metro everywhere. - There is a supermarket down the road for essentials. - The area is quiet and felt safe with family walking around, even late at night. - Approx. 20-25mins on metro to all the main tourist attractions in the centre of Paris. - We stayed for 4 days over New Years eve. Very easy to get to Champ Elysée for fireworks and back to the flat.

Vanves is great, very peaceful, and very good access to the convention centre. I am used to staying in the usual central Paris hotels, but really was fun to get away from the toursim and feel the real Paris. I also played table tennis at Ping Pang, which was amazing and welcoming. Give up on the Champs Elysee for a change and explore real Paris/Vanves, it's clean, fun and welcoming.

I absolutely loved staying in Vanves!

I absolutely loved staying in Vanves! It's a charming and peaceful neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of central Paris. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the wide variety of local markets, bakeries, and small bars—perfect for experiencing everyday Parisian life in a relaxed setting. There are also many public transportation options available, which made it very easy to get to the center of Paris quickly and comfortably. I would definitely stay in this neighborhood again!

Very nice staff, very good breakfast, nice lobby and eating area. They have an underground parking garage which is convenient if you come by car. Just outside of centre of Paris you dont have to worry about the French emission sticker (Umweltplakette). Great stating point to explore Paris - Metro station in walking distance was very convenient. Italian restaurant across the street makes delicious pizza. Rooms are clean. They were quite small, but it's Paris and you cant expect large rooms at reasonable prices. Absolutely sufficient for only spending nights. Wasnt happy that we were charged the full amount for our stay at checkin, without even seeing the rooms. They said they had customers leaving without paying... Make sure you bring a localized (French) printout of your booking confirmation (its available on booking.com) to avoid discussions what is in included and what fees they charge on top.

Vanves is beautiful, quiet and a very calming area.

Vanves is beautiful, quiet and a very calming area. Everything is within walking distance and there are plenty of cafes, boulangeries and shops which have everything you may need for a stay, long or short! There are also some parks nearby, and the entire area is full of beautiful, traditional houses.

Highly recommended.

Highly recommended. Although the breakfast was very good, I thought it was expensive for a family. For us, it would have been €60 per day, and for four days alone, breakfast alone would have cost €240. So factor that into your calculations and your holiday budget. But it does come with a rooftop view of the Eiffel Tower! There's a supermarket a 5-minute walk away, but it's not as relaxing as the rooftop balcony.

The service was excellent.

The service was excellent. Despite being on the outskirts of the city, the location offers very convenient and quick access to the city center via metro line 13. Highly recommended. The Vanves neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant. We went out for dinner several nights with my two children and enjoyed complete peace of mind. There are also several restaurants to choose from.
