Really lovely hotel. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The restaurant has an outdoor terrace so we are outside as it was very warm. The food is excellent, with a good choice of a La crate or some fixed price set menus. We had the “gourmet” menu and it was absolutely delicious. We had never tried for tree ice cream but it was a great palette cleanser and the coffee sabayon dessert was superb. Breakfast was excellent, with a range of options and plenty of choice.

The apartment is very tastefully decorated, everything is in perfect working order, the hosts were very helpful and responsive. A breakfast hamper can be delivered if required. A secure garage is also available. The outdoor spa added a perfect touch to our stay.

Beautiful, small hotel in a quiet area, which was a perfect stop off on our road trip to the south of France. We had the family room and it was perfect for our needs. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and helped rearrange our restaurant booking when we were running late. We really enjoyed the restaurant that is part of the hotel on our arrival evening, followed by a play in the park by the river.

This was our second stay at Hotel Le Vauxois. The hotel is perfectly positioned for a stop over for our journey to Switzerland. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. The hotel has a small restaurant very close by in the village with an excellent menu. The breakfast was at the hotel and was just perfect to set us up for our onward journey.

Lovely hotel with good sized rooms and facilities. Really nice breakfast too and the restaurant they have near by was first class in a picturesque little village. Great for a stopover and well located for the motorways.

The hotel was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed staying here. We had an exceptional meal in the restaurant owned by the hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were also very good. Breakfast was nice.
