Everything!! Delphine and Hubert were wonderful hosts, they made sure we were settled, familiar with surroundings and even recommended many places for dinner. The accommodation was superb! We had 2 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet and a kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable, toys for the children to play with, everything clean and organised; you can tell they enjoy hosting guests. Breakfast was superb, huge selection, everyone was pleased. My children enjoyed using the swings in the garden. We ate locally in 'Le 913' very reasonably priced for family of 5 and we had a fridge back at the accommodation to store the leftover pizza! Local town of Fougères is worth a visit also. I only wish we had a longer stay here, it is a hidden gem!

We very much liked the friendliness of our hosts Jordan & Julien and our interactions with them. The breakfasts were excellent as was the dinner Jordan prepared for us one evening. The bed was super comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

During our trip through France, this was the only place we stayed that wasn’t a traditional hotel but a charming guesthouse. We chose it because, from the photos, it radiated the kind of character and charm that makes one want to holiday in this region. We also wanted to experience what it might feel like to actually live here — and we were not disappointed. We were very lucky with our host, Anita, a wonderfully kind, intelligent, and well-traveled lady originally from Pontorson. She spoiled us with so many thoughtful touches: a special breakfast, homemade cakes, freshly prepared apple sauce from apples she had just picked, and even a delicious tea she had brought back from Japan. She also gave us excellent advice on the area, and unlike many French people, she speaks perfect English (as well as other languages, including Japanese), which made our stay even more enjoyable. We spent time chatting, enjoying the beautiful garden, playing table tennis, and simply relaxing — it was a perfect base for exploring nearby highlights such as Mont-Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo, and Dol-de-Bretagne. On our departure, she even handed us a bag of freshly baked muffins for the road and helped guide us on our way to Paris. I can wholeheartedly recommend this quiet and beautiful little house. Anita has decorated it with many unique objects from Japan, creating a fascinating interior — which explains why the house is so aptly named O Jardin Sakura.

We were warmly welcomed. The location of the Gite is within a 10 minute walk to Sens de Bretagne. The small town offers bakers a butcher a bank and a pharmacy. The Gite is located on the main road to the town and in an area of tourist attractions. The Gite is large, airey and very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a single toilet and a full bathroom. The bonus room is the dressing room which keeps the bedrooms free of clutter and is excellent to store cases etc. Access to a large mature garden is an added bonus.

The atmosphere of this bed and breakfast is wonderful. The hosts' kindness is contagious. The place perfectly blends conviviality with respect for the peace and privacy that everyone seeks. Our 15-year-old grandson loved playing mini-golf and going for a canoe trip. Beautiful walks start right from the bed and breakfast.
