The location was so peaceful. The grass, play area and pool, were great for the children to enjoy. Loved the fact that you could book the pool out in time slots. The gite was fully equipped and very spacious, with a lovely terrace, to enjoy! Staff were all really helpful and friendly. There aren't many restaurants located near by, however this to us wasn't a downside as we were more than happy to drive on the occasions when we did eat out and we also made full use of our self catering facilities, which the gite offered. We would definitely return again and were super impressed with what we got for the price.

Great place to stop off after a long journey. Just off motorway and great Pizza restaurant (that does way more) opposite. Staff at hotel were friendly and helpful. Car Park secure.

Our check in was fast and easy and the staff were friendly...

Our check in was fast and easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. We much appreciated the late check out as this reduced the time we would have to wait at the car ferry. We enjoyed the variety of food available at breakfast, particularly the wonderful fresh French bread. Unfortunately our night stop didn't allow us to explore St Brieuc, but the location served our purpose well and the drive to the port at St Malo was fast and easy.

A beautiful French town – charming, cozy, and with everything you need within walking distance. The surrounding area offers numerous tourist attractions – from beaches to castles. The region is best explored by car.

Unpleasant staff. Doesn't accept criticism.

Unpleasant staff. Doesn't accept criticism. Calls back customers, refusing to take any complaints. You arrive at 4 pm with children. You take your children in for 30 minutes, only for them to close at 8 pm. And the next day, even with a reservation. So no, I wouldn't give this establishment a good rating.

Yffiniac is ideally located for exploring the region by car.

Yffiniac is ideally located for exploring the region by car. Saint-Brieuc, very close by, isn't a beautiful city in my opinion, but everything else is sublime and close to the Domaine du Grenier (Fréhel, Erquy, Saint-Quai-Portrieux, La Rosaire beach...). It was a very good stopover.

Having come from Charente-Maritime on business, given the current situation, nothing motivated me to stay longer... perhaps it would be different if the sun were shining and the restaurants were open. However, the Ibis hotel itself was perfect; the welcome and room were excellent.

Breakfast was well served and fresh with good opening times. We requested a late checkout due to the departure of our ferry at St Malo which was approved and much appreciated. We often use Ibis and other enroute hotels when we are driving as their locations are good for onward travel. Free parking is a big benefit in France due to cost and availability. It also adds a layer of protection for foreign vehicles that might attract the attention of car thieves.
