Everything! We were given a free upgrade to a lovely suite which had a four poster bed, jacuzzi and dressing area. We had dinner and breakfast which was excellent and reasonably priced and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

The property was beautifully decorated, warm and comfortable, generous in size all very new and tastefully appointed bathroom. The host provided everything I could possibly have needed. It felt safe and was a short walk to the local stores and to the South West Coast path.

The breakfast was excellent.The location was in an old building mentioned in The Doomsday Book on a country lane above the port in the oldest part of Instow. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.It is 10 min downhill walk to the main part of Instow and pubs, eateries and beaches

As first overnight occupants in a newly fitted out annexe, we were absolutely delighted with all aspects. Great host, modern design layout and fittings, projector TV, free parking outside. Tony and Jojo deserve to succeed with this approach.

Fantastic accommodation.

Fantastic accommodation. Lots of information provided from the hosts before our check in. The house was immaculate. Tea and coffee and milk provided, as well as a couple of well received refreshments on arrival. It is worth a visit to the local pub, The Thatched Inn, which is about a five minute walk from the house. Overall an excellent accommodation within reach of a number of places in Devon.
