Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We were informed that the hotel wasn’t able to open its restaurant as usual however they did provide a limited menu, the food was good but the bar is not a very pleasant place to eat whereas the dining room where breakfast is served is lovely. Location is good with easy access to NC500 route that we were following.

Fantastic location and there was a really lovely vibe to the place. All the staff made me feel like they wanted me to have great time. The food was lovely, especially the breakfast which was probably the best one I have ever had in a hotel. The bed very comfortable as well.

Staff were great, breakfast was nice, old rusting hunting lodge with character. room was large with a great view, great hotel for a one night stop off, parking was ideal.

Cheap and cheerful accommodation in the heart of the highlands, right next door to a good (if pricey) hotel if you want to eat.

Location and price, but you're welcome to eat and drink in the hotel too which is fabulous.
