Check in, staff were happy, nice vibe in bar, my two boys and I treated as valued guests. All house keeping staff smiled and greeted us in the corridor. Age limit on Jacuzzi needs explanation and possibility that old and over weight guests may suffer health issues, not only under 16.

Staff were so nice, Martin from the front desk, in particular, as he lent us his plug to charge our phones and in the morning Martin came to the rescue again when our tyre was flat and Martin came with a tyre pump and pumped it up for us. Excellent service and bed was so comfortable…… directed to a lovely restaurant Millar and Carter. Would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone

As we arrived to a warm welcome we immediately felt comfortable in our surroundings. A perfect peaceful location situated just outside Bottesford. Our double room was clean, well equipped and tastefully decorated with a nice comfy bed. The view from our room overlooked the large garden and pond at the back with a cottage and cattle sheds to the left. Breakfast was very nice with cereal, fruit, toast and full english on offer whilst sitting at a large communal table surrounded by lovely interesting antiques. Richard and Helen are very friendly, lovely people, and we enjoyed their hospitality.

The location is beautiful, tranquil and quintessentially English in the best possible way. The breakfast ìs outstanding and served in the beautiful conservatory of the main building. The bath and shower in the flatlet are great and luxury size and the owners are a lovely couple who are more than accommodating.

Fantastic accommodation. Rooms in the roof are fantastic.

Fantastic accommodation. Rooms in the roof are fantastic. Loads of old beams and quirky corners. Surrounding village is not big but very pretty and it has a fantastic pub that does a wonderful Sunday roast. Allington Manor is a must to stay at.

Excellent historic property in a great location, the Lords...

Excellent historic property in a great location, the Lords and lady's rooms were excellent. Great friendly host and lovely breakfast. We were there for business, but it would be great for an explore of the area and the beautiful local villages.

Excellent hosts provided a superb one nights stay at Allington. We went for supper at the pub opposite which was excellent, when we returned Leo served us drinks in the lounge and got the wood burner going. The choice of drinks in the small lovely bar was superb. The breakfast was simply amazing, excellent produce cooked and served so well. Coffee also excellent. Very good parking and the building looks fantastic.

The hotel itself was in a fantastic location, very peaceful and was a lovely village. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect and quaint with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was lovely and served very quickly and fresh as well. Would definitely recommend to stay for a relaxing weekend away and me and my partner are now looking at booking again.

Allington Manor is a charming country house set in beautiful surroundings with a lovely garden , very quiet yet only minutes from the A1. We were made to feel very welcome, the breakfast was delicious , and the characterful bedroom and en-suite delightful.
