Relaxed atmosphere, great value, delicious biscuits on arrival. We were running late the first day but were able to call Julie and let her know. She was so kind and helpful and took away the stress of being late. She recommended a local pub so we could eat before we arrived which was one of the best we have been to. The room was upstairs and the bathroom was basic but perfectly adequate with plentiful bathroom products. A very comfortable stay.

The Jeep House is absolutely STUNNING. You can tell that so much time & thought has gone into its planning. It was wonderfully quiet and tucked away - making it feel like a real escape. It is absolutely beautifully designed - genuinely one of the most architecturally stunning places we’ve ever stayed. Every fine detail had been thought of, from wine, eggs, milk, butter & snacks on arrival to board games and the HUGE tv with Netflix and more. It’s clear that Maria has gone above and beyond in every way to make the stay comfortable and special. The host was exceptionally welcoming & kind, making us feel at ease from the moment we arrived.

This place is absolutely amazing. If you love Harry Potter and the Wizarding World you HAVE TO COME HERE. We have visited many places which are Harry Potter themed but none with the attention to detail of the Wizard's Cauldron. We stayed for three nights and were still finding things we hadn't noticed as we were leaving. There is so much to marvel at in this cottage. Tucked away in beautiful surroundings (and a miles walk from the lovely local pub and shop) this is such a great getaway. And last, but certainly not least, the hosts are absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful.

Rosehip Barn is in an excellent quiet location close to beautiful spots. This is a family run business and everyone was extremely friendly. My room was very quiet and all facilities were spotless. The added bonus is that Rosehip Barn is just a few minutes walk from St Clether Holy Well

Absolutely lovely place, we felt like visiting our family in the countryside 🤩 Beautiful, cosy house, very clean and smells fresh wood 🤩 peaceful surrounding, all nature ❤ Amazing hosts, met us late in the evening, brought some milk for us and in the morning we had an excursion on the farm. Enjoyed our stay a lot and would come back for sure.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful also. The dinner and breakfast was extremely nice. Loved staying here - the best place on our 8 day tour of England from Australia. Had a great chat with Robert Moore, the resident golf pro which I really enjoyed.

Cottage was exactly what was advertised, good facilities,...

Cottage was exactly what was advertised, good facilities, clean and provided all the essentials like washing up liquid, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, even milk and biscuits. The only issue was parking as the space is okay for a small car but we had a 4x4 and it was difficult to park and only just managed to get off road, could not then get to outside seating or dustbin. No offroad parking as notices outside all surrounding houses stating parking.
