Very nice B&B with wonderful hosts. Everything was perfect! We were greeted like long-lost friends :) We felt like at home! Tidy, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast is unreal! Traditional and hearty, served in the hosts' dining room. The apartments are close to the main road, but in complete nature, cows are grazing behind the fence, there is a place to walk, look around, near a mountain river, a waterfall.

This is an exceptionally comfortable, spacious and welcoming property. It is warm and well-furnished. Fixtures and fittings all of a high standard and work well. Great views across the surrounding farmland and then into the hills, and big windows to enjoy them! Helpful host met me with complimentary milk and cakes. Well-organised, explanatory notes around the place. Good wifi, certainly for such a remote location. Good shower, excellent bed. A bunch of acrobatic pied wagtails cavort around the cottage. The geographical 'centre of Scotland' is a couple of miles along the Glen Truim road towards Newtonmore, marked by a big cairn and signage.

We made a last minute booking while travelling. As it was a Monday, the restaurant was closing early and although we’d noted it in the welcome email, Chris took the time to call us and make sure we knew so we could stop on the way. Appreciated that! Breakfast was lovely and staff very friendly. Room was super clean and comfy, exactly what we needed!

A staff member named Isla was outstanding: always smiling, helpful and proactive. The food was delicious. The hotel decor was traditional with comfort in mind. There was a good buzz in the bar and dining areas. I had a great, hot shower with good pressure and the bed was clean and comfortable.
