The unique feature of having a beer tap right in the room was a standout, providing a delightful touch to our accommodation. Although we encountered a slight hiccup when the tap stopped working, the hotel staff was quick to address the issue. They promptly looked into the problem and compensated us with an assortment of canned beers, ensuring our experience remained seamless. Additionally, the concept of a 'shower beer' added a fun and refreshing twist to our routine, making the entire stay memorable. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day exploring the city. The staff deserves a special mention for their kindness and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast at the hotel was superb, consistent with the high quality we’ve come to expect from BrewDog establishments. Overall, the combination of innovative amenities, responsive service, and comfortable accommodations makes The DogHouse a top choice for anyone visiting Manchester. The stay was excellent location good for other restaurant...

The stay was excellent location good for other restaurant the room was clean tidy with a nice firm bed. What I didn't like was having to pay extra £5 to use the Gym and Spa in so many hotels this is included in the facilities needs to be reviewed this policy.

good meals except sunday roast it was cold hard horrible not reccommended brilliant bar staff, horrible single female cleaner did not give us any bath towels toilet paper r clean our dirty allocated room the bed was broken i reported 2 reception with in 10 minutes of arrival the receptionist said he had sat on top of the bed and it did not move. so its okay, the right hand divan frame front had come apart. the room was 204 apart from that i would stay again all food was nice except awful sunday roast, the bar staff are friendly a female cleaner in her thirties let the village down she did not provide what i asked and the bed had seen better days it was not comfy when you got into bed and turned over it made a banging noise

Poor!

Poor! Room was roasting hot asked for a fan at 3AM in the morning was told it would be brought up and never did, I paid extra for pool/gym access and it was fully booked when I got there didn’t get any chance to use the facilities and that was the main reason I booked this hotel. Would have preferred to stay at home.

Great location. Easily accessible from Manchester Airport. Located near major roads and highways making sightseeing and travel easy. Public transportation was less than 5 minute walk from location. Private parking directly onsite. Modern and updated. Completely equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Internet and TV available. Location was secure and in a pleasant community with friendly neighbours. I would not hesitate to rebook the Ashton Under Lyne property again if presented with an opportunity.

air conditioner was broken, the staff don’t change the room for us, just give us a small fan…. Terrible experience; I lost my iPhone charging cable in the room and I call the hotel after check out, no one answer me …… terrible service
