I informed the hotel beforehand that I would be arriving around midnight, due to flight delays it was after 2am, not an issue as staff were on hand at the desk to open main door. The room allocated to us was a double bed, I booked two singles beds as travelling with my daughter, went back to desk and was re-assigned another room with single beds.

It was a really wunderfull place from which we could visit...

It was a really wunderfull place from which we could visit all the spots at the amazing National Park New Forest. Hostess Linda was very kind, helpfull and she even took care of some breakfast for us. Next to the beautiful site it is very comfortable and complete. We certainly come back here! Don’t forget to visit Beaulieu, Lyndhurst and the beautiful Bucklers Hard. There is a nice pub and good food!

Bartley is a good location for travelers wanting to explore the vast new forest. It allows you to start right from your place of stay and enjoy the landscape and plenty of animals/wildlife (deer, squirrels, horses).

This hotel is located in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful location with backyard access to the lovely forest walk areas. It is a haven for bush walkers and would suit family reunions and business work groups. The rooms are comfortable and have all ammenities inclusive of ensuite bathroom, TV & Coffee making items. The staff are friendly & welcoming and offer assistance & help when required. Southampton is very close by.

I felt so comfortable here met some lovely people that were staying here and chatted to Mark ,Sandra and Tilly who work at the hotel . Ate at the restaurant a few times and breakfast most days . The food was lovely. I will definitely stay here again . My stay here was for three weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it .
