This place is one lovely treasure. There were so many small details that I loved. It was inspiring and magical. Everything looked like the pictures. The receptionists were very nice. All the plants on the ground floor were giving such a unique vibe. We loved it! I think this hotel was the best part of Belfast. :D

The hotel was lovely. Staff were so attentive, welcoming and helpful and were able to give some great recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable as well. The location was great - we were visiting the University, so it was quite close to that, but also walkable to many other things in the city. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Proximity to eateries and City Centre. Outstanding reception staffs. A special acknowledgement to Ciara at the reception. For his prompt response to our complaint on the mal-function of heater in our bathroom..Greatly appreciate her immediate placement of a portable heater and alerted maintenance the following day. Louisa's patience and great assistance in helping to arrange a time tour of the day that tailors to our need. Alex's graciously tagged and allows our luggage to be stored until when we are ready to collect on the later part of the day.

We had a very enjoyable short break in Belfast.

We had a very enjoyable short break in Belfast. We visited the City Hall, the Linen Hall Library, the Titanic Experience and the Ulster Transport Museum at Cultra, near Belfast. We found Belfast to be a very interesting place to visit. It is easy to get around by walking and using the local bus and train services.

Easy to get around city on foot.

Easy to get around city on foot. The Christmas Markets are fabulous. The Lights all around the city Hall and streets are magical. People were so friendly and helpful when asking directions to the Bus Stop. Unfortunately we were not able to stay in the city as we had booked to go to the Eirkson Centre on Sunday in Lisburn. It was only a short drive away from the InnBelfast Hotel and easy to find with free parking. We had a very enjoyable short stay and most certainly will return.

The heart of the town is really nice, the architecture is cool and the historical aspect of the city brings another dimension to even a single day journey. However it is quite small and i'd recommend going up north to the Giant's Causeway and / or Derry.

Breath taking in my opinion, surely anyone who enjoys life would enjoy Belfast... The Ivy, The shops, The Opera House, City Hall, etc, and a most amazing busker called 'John Garrity'... I gave him £1.20p... I think his voice is right up there... :-)

The room was modern the lounge and restaurant were very nice . Prices a little high £20 for fish and chips ☹️. Very nice but smaller smaller portions and smaller prices would be nice . Hotel was clean modern and exceeded my expectations.

A modern, clean city centre with some magnificent old buildings, particularly the City Hall. We were in the International Conference Centre for the Oireachtas event and that area is quite striking with the river and some fine examples of modern architecture in the vicinity. The city centre felt very safe and there was a good atmosphere in the streets with Halloween revellers. We ate in three restaurants and were very satisfied with the quality of the fare.

A well located, clean and comfortable hotel a short walk from the city centre and the covered food market. The pub on the ground floor was also very cosy. We would recommend parking at the nearby Cromac car park rather than the car park nextdoor to the hotel as it was considerably cheaper. Our top recs would also be: the Pocket Cafe for brunch; the Spaniard pub for a Guinness or several; the Titanic Museum; peace wall taxi tour; taking a hire car up the coast to the Giant’s Causeway; and the Smuggler’s Inn for dinner (amazing seafood).

We paid £264 for room only - upgrading to a superior room to ensure a relaxing stay. Unfortunately the room lacked the necessary soundproofing. It was impossible to get any sleep due to the noise coming from the hotel bar. Staff were unhelpful and unable to assist and asked what we expected from a city centre hotel. Having stayed in numerous other hotels in Belfast city centre we have never experienced noise levels like this. If you are looking for a relaxing break look elsewhere.

The room was okay. The bed was good and the size was good. We used one of the larger rooms. The bar is decent. The staff were good. It was pleasant enough. If you're looking for a hotel that is a bit above the Premier Inn, etc. level (nothing wrong with them) and is located in Belfast city centre, this is a decent choice. It is just not great value for money.
