An easy walk to/from the car rental place, and to the airport itself, with no need for a shuttle. Very friendly staff. The room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean. We had a view of the airport, so we could do airplane spotting if we wanted. The soundproofing was perfect, we did not hear the slightest airplane noise.

Rooms were big, clean and modern. Location was great a five minute drive to the hotel from the airport. I didn't have to leave for 2 days as everything was there. Was like a mini break - international choices of restaurants. The cinema with a nice choice of movies and goodies. The spa was fantastic, as was the treatments, super relaxing. The sky bar and food, staff was also amazing. In all, a lovely surprise of a hotel which made my few days relaxing, enjoyable and I would go back for longer and take in some of the activities and performances across at the NEC. Oh and I also had an AGM in that time, the meeting rooms and catering again, awesome. Big Thank you.

The room was very clean and comfortable, plenty of space for the 2 of us. The bar was open serving the same food from the restaurant, which was good as the restaurant was full and so my son and I could dine in the comfort of the bar. The location right by the airport was great as we could roll our of bed for our early flight. Perfect

Terrible Reception and logging in process. Poor customer service and help when this happened. Lack of apology, if it had all gone smoothly it would have been fine. Basic room but clean and comfortable, once we actually had a room and bedding. Practical for our needs, just below our (pretty bssic) expectations. Clean and beds comfortable is best I can say.

We left the room after roughly 2 hours . Bedding was dirty, drug paraphernalia under the bed and used cigarette on bathroom floor. Someone who stayed the night before also tried coming in our room looking for his phone that he lost! Felt extremely unsafe. Paid for food to be delivered but just wanted to get out of there. Booked another hotel immediately . Appalling service and disgusting. Genuinely don’t know how they are open!!

The location of hotel is the only thing going for it.

The location of hotel is the only thing going for it. It’s close to the airport and resorts world The room was too small. One towel and hand towel for two of us. One cup for two guests. Bathroom light didn’t work and no toiletries. Door to the room had to be pushed with force to open due to carpet restricting it. The noise from the outside was so loud I thought the window was open! Mirror on the wall in a terrible position We had no sleep!!

Well placed hotel if you are visiting the NEC.

Well placed hotel if you are visiting the NEC. About 10 minutes walk from the centre and made a great base for us while we were attending the car show. Staff were great, room was presentable, although the carpet in room 264 was badly stained with what looked like make-up or boot polish. Slept well as the beds were comfortable. The pool and changing area was a bit small for such a large hotel, but we used this when it wasn't busy so it wasn't so bad. Breakfast was great and good value for money, booking for the restaurant is recommended as it gets busy but overall an enjoyable stay and we will be back again.

Good location for Newmarket race course and the M11.

Good location for Newmarket race course and the M11. the 24/7 bar and kitchen was a pleasant surprise as we didnt get in until 11.30pm from the concert. Breakfast was good but not as good as other IHG hotels I have stayed in. Less choice and the coffee machine that day was not working.

As a Hotel Manager myself.

As a Hotel Manager myself. There should be no excuse for shortage of Stock. The Menu only had 5 Meals available as they did not have the items in From Ralking to the Morning Staff they were upset that the overnight staff did not do their job. This is all stuff Good management should be able to spot and resolve.The Staff looked Miserable and were not the best for politeness.

Really convenient to stay at the airport complex when you have an early morning flight. We didnt have breakfast, it was too early for us at 4.14am, but the room was comfortable and the facilities were all we needed for the overnight stay. Tea and coffee were provided in the room anyway. On the evening we arrived at the hotel, we went into the airport and got the monorail over to Birmingham international station and walked to resorts world for food and drinks.

The room was very spacious and clean. There was a large television in the room with very high definition, this displayed an impressive amount of detail in the David Attenborough documentary that I was watching. The hotel is perfectly located for accessing Birmingham airport as it is directly opposite the airport. The staff were very friendly too.

Easy 5 minute walk which was well sign posted from NEC and Birmingham International Train Station, and Airport. Hotel and rooms were clean with large comfy bed. Updated Bathrooms. Good wifi. Great for overnight stay if using NEC/Airport. I didn't eat in the restaurant or have breakfast as my flight left early.
