I have never been to Birmingham before and was recommended to stay at The Grand - wow, what an amazing place!! So beautiful and quiet and clean, the staff were excellent and I had the BEST night's sleep. Those beds are fantastic.

Excellent everything actually! No complaints whatsoever! We were here for the historical Black Sabbath concert, it was the best choice! Our tickets were a package with the room with Soundtravel.
