Actually the hotel was not operating during the period. So they moved us to the other hotel which is under the same umbrella towards Inverness, since we booked earlier than their decision. We enjoyed the hotel, room, dinner and breakfast. The staff were excellent in many ways. During that period, the hotel was actually closed. Consequently, we were asked to be relocated to another hotel affiliated with the same group, between Inverness and the Clansman. We had a delightful experience at the alternative hotel, enjoying our accommodations, dinner, and breakfast. The staff exhibited excellence in various aspects of service.

Everything was perfect. Lovely staff, lovely room, very clean - great shower. The breakfast was excellent 👌 No issues parking and it's free of charge. There's a coop and the village just down the road as well, where you can get anything you might need. The village is so pretty.

Lovely spacious cottage with amazing views over Loch ness. Short 2 minutes walk to nearby hotel and under the underpass to Loch shore. It was quiet and peaceful with a lovely garden and ample parking. We were visited daily by the local deer and others had seen red squirrels. We kept an eye out for Nessie without success. Kitchen had useful facilities/ utensils. Bathroom had a bath and shower separately. The cottage caught the sun throughout the day so was lovely and warm.

Stayed at Kim's with my wife, daughter and a befriended couple for 4 nights. We've been to alot of B&B's and hotels, but we've never met a kinder soul. Kim is just the best, she gave us a warm welcome, made sure we were comfortable fr the duration, made us all breakfast to suit our needs and even went above and beyond when my wife had a dental health emergency. A well deserved 10 points from me accross the board. We'd be happy to visit again. Thank you Kim

Peaceful, clean and beautiful. Well taken care of and kept in a pristine condition. Everything was working and in good order. Bathrooms were better than most hotels! Had a lovely stay.

Amazing view of Loch Ness! Peaceful surrounds. Very close to Clanman's Hotel for meals which were good. Good location close to Drumnadrochit by car.
