I had a really lovely stay at this hotel! It’s in a very peaceful location — absolutely silent at night and perfectly dark for a great sleep. The town is just about a mile away, so it’s close enough to walk yet still quiet and relaxing. My room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Parking was plentiful with no issues at all. I also really appreciated the easy pre check-in process — it made the actual check-in super quick and smooth. Overall, a great place to stay — I’d definitely come back!

Beautiful BnB, extremely comfortable. Tony really makes the BnB special! He’s an excellent cook and breakfast is exceptional. Recommend going to Nicks down the road for dinner too! 10/10 - I loved my stay. And there’s a gorgeous cat!

Very nice, super clean, big and quiet room.. We have an option to chose what we would like to have for a breakfast. We were cruzing around Scotland and stayed here only one night which was a valuable stay. I would return if it happens again that I will be around the place. Ah, I should not forget that the lady host was extremly firendly. Go for it.

Traveled by motorbike. The approach from either direction is fantastic. My host Moira was welcoming and very easy to chat to. My room was cosy, comfortable bed and great bathroom fully stocked. Lovely teas and biscuits in the room. The views were great. The breakfast was both plentiful and cooked lovely. I believe the host does a lot to make any persons stay enjoyable.

We came for santa wood land experience in ballochruin farm this place is just perfect for the destination.. Couldnt thank the lovely couple for making us feel welcome, room so cosy and comfortable and beautiful cooked breakfast for you in the morning! Will highly recommend this place

We had a truly wonderful stay! My wife and I enjoyed every moment here. The accommodation was beautiful – the room was tastefully decorated, very cozy, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the highlight for us was the charming dormer nook with a sofa and a stunning view – a perfect spot to relax with a book or a glass of wine. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. This place has a special charm, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for peace, beauty, and outstanding hospitality.

We visited Loch Tay area the scenery fantastic.

We visited Loch Tay area the scenery fantastic. We had an evening meal at the Clachan in Drymen was lovely, The A811 Was an ideal link road to all the places we went, We are fairly elderly but the slip wire at the Go Ape centre was very exciting for youngsters and the Wool centre is great to visit in Aberfoyle

It was like celebratig Hogmanay with family.

It was like celebratig Hogmanay with family. Marion was a great host and we love the delicious breakfast. We cannot forget to mention Marion's mum, neighbour and the dogs who made our night memorable!

An ideal base to discover this beautiful and varied area.

An ideal base to discover this beautiful and varied area. Beware sat-nav may take you the wrong way, but Marion was most helpful in guiding us to the property. The property felt secluded and very safe in this current Covid-19 environment. Warm greeting from both Marion and her mother made us feel very welcome and valued guests
