Loved the internal decor - just beautiful. The delightful courtyard and flowers at the front door complemented the interior. Host was very welcoming and happy to chat and tell us the history of the building. Bed was so comfy and breakfast fresh and inviting.

Excellent bed and bathroom. The storage facility was poor, a few hangers but not in a closet. Virtually no drawer space. I had a large suitcase and this could only be stored vertically. Clothes such as socks jumpers shirts had virtually nowhere to be stored. It was OK for me as a singleton but for a couple staying 6 days it is not adequate. Breakfast good served efficiently.

I managed to get a Jacuzzi room...oh my goodness it was wonderful. This is my third stay at Gs Boutique, I always go there when visiting this area. Every room is beautifully decorated, the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Cosham is not an 'upmarket' town, but is conveniently placed...

Cosham is not an 'upmarket' town, but is conveniently placed for local amenities, like Fort Nelson, and Port Solent. There are beaches and boating areas, and the roads are reasonably surfaced. The high street shopping area shows the usual depletion of local businesses, but still maintains a TESCO, and a Wetherspoons. Parking is metered in shopping areas. Use Cosham as a base, and its fine.

Cosham High Street is the central point, small but has...

Cosham High Street is the central point, small but has shops,restaurants, supermarkets, banks and charity shops. The train station has frequent services into Portsmouth, The Hard and to London, Brighton, Gatwick etc. Likewise, good bus services into Portsmouth and surrounding areas. 5 mins drive to QA Hospiral or a short walk away. Sports grounds and gym facilities nearby.

It was excellent value for a really clean modern comfortable...

It was excellent value for a really clean modern comfortable place. It had everything you could possibly need, I was very impressed. There was also the added benefit of really secure parking included in price. I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be staying there again. Thank you
