The suite was lovely and spacious. There was tea,coffe, hot chocolate and biscuits n the room. The receptionist and all the staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. The food at the restaurant was very well presented and of very good quality. My daughter found a card with a sweet message from the turn down service team next to her little bunny and bear which were tucked in the bed covered with little blankets made of tissue paper! How sweet! Thank you for this memorable stay!

Great place to stay to visit Inverness! The location is perfect, with beautiful view of the river and easy access to the city center. The rooms are very clean, and very comfortable. The staff are warm and welcoming, and they have a great breakfast. It’s the perfect blend of charm and modern comfort. As a Brazilian, Scotland and Inverness are places that I will visit again for sure.

Spacious room with comfy bed. Kind and very helpful staff. Hotel is footsteps away from all the Rent a car services and from the Airport. We had an early flight and skiping the morning hassle with taxi and drive was a huge advantage.

Apartment we were given was huge and equiped with everything you need for a normal living. It gave us a chance to do the full size loundry in the middle of our round trip holidays. Very comfortable bed. There is an option for having meals for a fair price. Lady at the reception very friendly and helpful. Location just in a city center. Huge plus for a big parking on site.

The best stay. Comfortable, clean, spacious. Having the washer/dryer was a great touch for us light packers. Being from Texas we like things bigger and I was more than happy with the size of the unit. The best part, our hosts were so accommodating. I needed to find a place to get hair and makeup done before an event. They scheduled both appointments for me after gathering all the info. They also left us milk for coffee, chocolate, wine… such a sweet touch. Any time we had a question, they were right there to help. Questions about directions there? Don’t worry, you’ll get detailed messages complete with pictures to help you get there.
