We had a great time. If you want the simple life for a few days without any distrachtion, this is the right place. Yet we had everything we really needed. We enjoyed the fascinating nature, the landscape and the view of the sea every morning. Our hosts John and Jackie are friendly and uncomplicated. We will probably come again.

We loved our stay! The house is spotless—brand new and beautifully equipped with everything a family could possibly need, turning it into a true home away from home. Although we ran into some issues with the reservation and the ferries, the hostess was incredibly attentive and helped us tremendously, which we deeply appreciate since we were traveling with children. Thanks to her support, we were able to sort everything out and fully enjoy our time on the island. Highly recommended!

Having read the reviews about this guest house set our expectations high, but it didn't disappoint. The property is ideally located, just a lovely walk away from the Stornoway harbour. Marina is indeed a lovely guest, very friendly and welcoming. And her breakfast is second to none! Lewis and Harris is a unique and really remarkable place to explore, we are so happy that we visited. It's a pity that we spent only two nights here, would definitely like to come back for more.
