If you are looking for a quiet place that get you away from...
If you are looking for a quiet place that get you away from it all and has access to walks and areas of interest... go for it. No shops... like at all... but as I said, there's access to other towns a short drive away and the bus routes are good. The walking.... oh god.... beautiful. I went to wander and I got so much choice. Stunning places to see just a walk from the B&B. The locals were chatty and offered advice/suggestions on walking routes. The cream puff cafe..... yum!!! I ate mainly in the Auld Cross Keys on an evening and the food was lovely. During the day it varied depending on where I wandered to.
