Looks like it's a promising location for exploring an area of the country we aren't very familiar with. Would like to check out the cinema next time as it isn't one of the big chains. Good selection of shops. Was able to refuel at a reasonable price at a nearby superstore before continuing our journey. Good connections to major A-roads in the area.

the breakfast and lady who cooked/served it was lovely, A nice quiet location and if you like Indian food it's on your doorstep! I did not try the food but the reviews were good, could be a very nice place to stay for a holiday or work, for the price, but just needs some attention to the things I mentioned, especially the front door security be we male or female that was not comfortable for me and the heating and most definitely the TV bigger and easier to view and a working remote clean carpets in the entrance and landing and someone on-site 24/7 or as a minimum overnight. The texting for communication was okay but did not replace a human being!

A Small town centre with the usual shops.

A Small town centre with the usual shops. It has a good history (it was a main market town in past times). Parts of the town are very picturesque for example "bishop bonner's cottage museum". Finally the people are very frendly. The only down part is the small amount of free parking available (soon to come to an end)

i liked that the hotel was only round the corner from all the shops and family as that's the reason for the visit to see family also if you wanted to visit the cinema that's just 5 min walk away, you also have a night club near by .We visited a local Indian called Spice Fusion which was really good and worth a visit for a change of food.

Came here 59 years ago to live in first of three properties.....last 30 years spent in great bungalow with almost an acre of land on the outskirts of town Enjoyed every day BIG BIG mistake, when we allowed Daughter to convince us that garden was far too big for our diminishing health. Sold up to go and live with them in their Annexe near Edinburgh....Have hated every day.,been trying to sort our property deals since we left

Lovely market town with a friendly feel to it.

Lovely market town with a friendly feel to it. Mixture of local and national shops and good pubs. Close to Norwich, the Broads and the North Norfolk coast. Near by Pensthorpe wild life and gardens was a good day out.

Lynn Hill guest house was the perfect one-night stay for my family of three. We stayed in the three beds room and it was comfortable, quiet, warm, and spacious. The room and the facilities were clean and very well-maintained. Larraine is very lovely and she was very helpful and suggested a lovely breakfast place (she even rang the hotel to see if there was availability). My family and I are happy to stay here again if we are in the same neck of the woods, and we highly recommend it.

This was our third stay and each one has been better. Lovely old hotel with large comfortable rooms. Beds and pillows just right. Food delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff are exceptional! Can't say enough good things about them. And for being in town on a major route, it is extremely quiet...we had the windows open and had no noise. There is ample parking and very dog friendly.

I've stayed at a number of hotels and this is one of my favourite, quite location clean and very helpful. We'll worth the money. The Indian restaurant near was also great and literally a short walk. Will definitely stay again when I'm in the area. The breakfast was also great and served swiftly, highly recommended.

Had changed names from Kings Head Hotel to BJDS after booking. Only good point wwere_ Staff were very freindly and welcoming. Breakfast was up to expected standards and served quickly and efficiently. If you book as Kings Head breakfast is included. If you book via BDJS then you have to pay for breakfast.
