The staff were really friendly from the moment we got there until the moment we left! The room was lovely, clean, tidy, well stocked and equipped. The property was a so lovely inside. Like a cute cottage. Everything was extremely clean and brand new. There was washing up products in the property, hand wash, teas, coffee, sugar - all things that make a stay easier when packing as most places don’t provide this. The property was in a lovely village and was close to a town. We stayed here for Alton Towers and it was perfect. The host was lovely and kept in contact with us and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
