This place is one lovely treasure. There were so many small details that I loved. It was inspiring and magical. Everything looked like the pictures. The receptionists were very nice. All the plants on the ground floor were giving such a unique vibe. We loved it! I think this hotel was the best part of Belfast. :D

The hotel was lovely. Staff were so attentive, welcoming and helpful and were able to give some great recommendations. The room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds and pillows were comfortable as well. The location was great - we were visiting the University, so it was quite close to that, but also walkable to many other things in the city. Breakfast was lovely as well.

Louisa's patience and great assistance in helping to arrange a time tour of the day that tailors to our need. Alex's graciously tagged and allows our luggage to be stored until when we are ready to collect on the later part of the day.
