Upon arrival, the driveway was littered with dirt, and garbage had not been collected, giving a poor first impression. The toilet and bathroom were unclean and had clearly not been properly maintained. Additionally, there was no running water from the tap, making it impossible to shower. The lighting in the hallway was not functioning, and despite reporting these issues, there was no response from the management. One of the best areas in London and we know London very well as family live there. Superb specialist coffee shops that sell freshly roasted coffee. Great restaurants. A brand new cinema complex with café serving excellent food (limited choice). Excellent green areas and parks in the centre of Ealing. A truly wonderful place in the centre of a big city. Great hotel in a beautiful area of London.
Great hotel in a beautiful area of London. The tube station was very close and around 25 minutes ride to downtown. Also lots of stores and places to eat.
