there was nothing to dislike choose Easington was a lovely little village/town but mostly choose it because it was verily central to everything I had planned over the 3-4 days. So went into York which meant driving through the mountain roads etc always a pleasure. Also decided to go to the railway museum. Was also planning on going to the war museum but sadly ran out of time but covered what I wanted to see. There is certainly plenty of things to see and do around the area but you need to plan ahead as I felt I never had enough time to do the things. Overall was a fantastic holiday and will be doing it again in the summer months

Easington is a lovely village giving easy access to many of the area's coastal attractions. The Tiger Inn is a real community hub, providing great food and hospitality and is a wonderful place to stay.

Small village on the main road between Middlesbrough & Scarborough. Bus stops close to nTiger Inn served the locald & visitors wanting to access the coast. Attractive village but few facilities other than the church & the Eagle Pub that we noticed.
