I was particularly impressed with the enthusiasm of all the staff. I was also pleased to see the staff wearing humorous 'T' shirts, it took away the away the "stuffiness" of some hotel restaurants. Was also pleased to see that the food is locally sourced. The food was really good and well presented. I really loved the Lime and Elderflower cheesecake . All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.
