House was beautiful, with wonderful garden and hot tub to hang out in. Town was a short walk away and west wittering beach a short drive/40 min walk. Host was very communicative and helpful.

We had a wonderful (albeit regrettably short) time staying at this apartment. Clean, spacious, comfortable, great location! All the small touches were very much noticed, the printed booklet of things to do in the area and local takeaways was so helpful. Even a little box for the dog with toys, portable water bottle, towel etc, all super helpful and much appreciated! The flat was very quiet and beautifully decorated and commutation with Pippa was quick, friendly and efficient. Would definitely book here again, the children, pup and i had a really lovely stay 😊

It's located near the station, so not only easy to find out, but also it was easy for us to go on a one-day trip every day during our one-week stay. The members of the staff are all friendly! It was a lovely stay!

Amazing! What a great location; so glad we found it. This is a house in an otherwise closed section of the beautiful Chichester cathedral district, with full view of the cathedral through the window. Check-in was through individual and time-restricted codes for front door and room, and worked well (though we were a bit apprehensive, as there seemed to be nobody available on-site). The house is stunning; a guest house otherwise used for conferences with a generous two-story entrance hall and beautiful wood finishes (loved the heavy wood front door). The rooms are clean, well-appointed and the amenities excellent - the renovation kept the original simple decor. Outside there is almost no car traffic, and you arrive by driving through a medieval gate and park at an assigned space right outside the front door. At night you don't realize that you are in a town; its so quiet. Everything is in walking distance, and during the day you can enter the cathedral cloisters through a side portal. The beautiful Bishop's Garden is just around the corner, as are the Roman walls. No breakfast provided, but there is a coffeemaker in the room and several restaurants just around the corner (through the gate, as it were), including several breakfast place (we had a great breakfast at Trading Post Coffee Roasters).

We had a great stay - we’ve stayed before and are so happy to have found this cosy little bolthole! New armchairs since our last visit, very comfortable. It’s a very well equipped house and perfect for a relaxing getaway - love having west wittering beach such a short drive away, Bracklesham bay a short walk, and found the new desk setup helpful too for when I did have to slip in a bit of work.

Kelly is a fabulous hostess and has set up the big room with all the comfort you need. Apart from a bed, settee and breakfast bar, there's kitchen facilities including a fridge and microwave. Kelly had prepared a welcome basket full of goodies to eat which was a godsend after travelling all day. We wished we could have stayed longer and we recommend this place to everyone who will be travelling to the area.

East wittering is a lovely quaint small town offering breathtaking walks along the coast. The neighbourhood is very friendly and there was a large enough variety of eating out options. I highly recommend for a short - medium stay

Pebble beach; but wonderful walk along the sea from East Wittering to West Wittering with its sand beach. East Wittering is a small resort where you can shop for food : small supermarkets, superb bakery. There are some charity shops, cafés and pubs.

We really like this area.

We really like this area. It’s a very small town but has everything you need. Good pubs . Restaurants and coffee shops . The beach is stony but West wittering beach is only a 10 minute drive away . A brilliant place to spend a relaxing holiday. Shore inn for roast dinner . Ground cafe for the best coffee. Both are dog friendly . Billy’s on the beach lovely food and dog friendly .

We came to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday and he chose...

We came to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday and he chose this location as he wanted to do some surfing with his brother. The weather was good enough for the short period of time we were there. We had an Indian takeaway the first night and went to Drifters for a meal on the second night. The food was lovely from both.
