The economy room was much better than we expected. It was spacious and comfortable so much nicer than many hotel rooms. The room was also lovely and warm and cosy. Alan in the restaurant was exceptional and went out of his way to assist us even though he was very busy.

Room upgrade was made available virtually. Had to wait until check-in before they confirmed that the suite was available. Everything we could wish for was in the resort complex. Loved being able to walk within the hotel to the activity centre and pool. Plenty of parking.
