Excellent accommodation. Spotlessly clean and my double room was to a really high standard. I loved the communal lounge and spacious kitchen area which included utensils, pots and pans etc. and there was also tea, coffee and milk available which was an added bonus. The owner made sure there was plenty of information available and he was on hand if needed close by at the Queens Head Pub. I will definitely return again..

Received a warm welcome and such care from staff who located a 3-prong plug (I had forgotten to pack) and tailored meals to be gluten-free. I highly recommend the Cow and Calf. Phenomenal view of the moor and rock formation.

The staff were so friendly and hard working. The food was delicious - even a wide veggie and vegan selection. The shower, bed, were very good quality. The location is wonderful with great walks and views. Harrogate is close by for a nice day out.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the hotel. The bed was super comfy and the room was spotless with nice decor and felt modern. The pub downstairs was great for watching the football and just had a good and friendly atmosphere, and there were loads of other pubs nearby. Would definitely recommend it here.

Cottage was lovely. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with everything we needed. Location was perfect for us- great walks in area: on the moors, Chevin woods, both recommended. Local pubs provided good food. We had a lovely, relaxing stay. Glorious weather was an added bonus. Highly recommend.
