The room was big, bright and just absolutely stunning! The shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable! There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel! The owners were so lovely and welcoming and explained everything. Definitely going to return here.

The location is absolutely perfect — it's literally right in front of the train station entrance. The price was also very reasonable, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I was pleasantly surprised to find a garden too!

We had an amazing stay at the pan pacific, the staff were professional and personable, making our experience extremely memorable. The whole hotel remembered we were celebrating a special occasion, and where sure to go out of their way for us to feel pampered, and indulged, with complimentary desserts and attention to detail in all manners. We were there on our honeymoon. we loved the location, perfectly situated in the city. Tube is 2min walk. The staff really takes good care of you, the cleaning staff did an amazing job tidying our room. The attention to details exceed my expectationw.We got newspaper delivered on the door in the morning, every room had a doorbell, our room had a lovely selection of books to read, and the fridge was always filled with a selection of water and soft drink complimentary from the hotel.The room was very clean,the hotel smelled so nice.The rooftop terrace offers amazing view over the city. We loved that this was a small luxury hotel. truly a home away from home, never wanted to leave our room! We will be back for our anniversaries!

I was unwell and came home as soon as I could get a flight...

I was unwell and came home as soon as I could get a flight so missed seeing the area. But I know Forest Hill well, I was born in Catford. It has many tourist possibilities, Horniman's Museum is outstanding. It is also only a short train ride to the center of London from Catford Bridge Station. (Which is just next to Forest Hill.)

It’s a perfect location for everything. Amazing apartment.

It’s a perfect location for everything. Amazing apartment. Clean. Everything was right. We were able to cook. Just a perfect apartment with the right feel of home. We missed nothing. Love the appliances and I need that kettle. Overall. GREAT SPOT. just more towels needed and the bathroom gets very wet after showering.

Dirty, especially tiles areas. Uncomfortable to breathe with overwhelming smell of damp which also permeated our clothing. Buses available but at least 20 minutes walk to reach tube. Not at all pleasant.

Was a waste of money and time.I regret booking for that place. Very dissatisfied, never enjoyed. However, we spent time away visiting other sides of London and families.We only slept there but out during daytime.

We enjoyed this cosy appartement very much. All rooms are nice and all the things you need for comfortable days are there. We like it. The beds are comfortable, too. We will recommend this apartment

The cleanliness of apartment was shocking needed to clean everything before use. Limited amount on electricity meter. Area was fine. No information provided until day of arrival regarding key collection. Mobile number on booking out of use. The area is busy lots of transport links bus and train. Local shops restaurants close by.
