Everything about Forsinard Lodge is just great. David and Janet are wonderful hosts. Friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have thought of every little detail to make your stay comfortable. Beautiful spotlessly clean room and bathroom with all soaps & shampoo supplied. The rooms, are beautifully decorated and cosy. Breakfast was very good. Good idea that they ask on arrival what you would like from an extensive list and what time suits you. All perfectly cooked and served. There is lovely outdoor seating which in summer will be lovely. There's a wee burn running through the property and beautiful woodland with birds singing! David and Janet also run a small tea room at the Lodge from the conservatory. Lovely home baking and snacks with a very good caffitere of coffee amongst other teas hot chocs etc. area is remote but incredibly beautiful. If you enjoy peace and quiet away from the madding crowds and busy life it's definitely a tonic. Apart from that it's just a very lovely place to be. Very nice location in the North of Scotland, in the middle of nature and near hikes. No problems to find the place, and parking spots are available in front of the pods. Very comfortable and charming pod, with everything needed, hot water and great bed. Amazing vegetarian breakfast, VERY generous and with local products. The owner is charming and welcoming!

Host Kevin is such a nice and kind guy. You can ask him anything yo want, he has many tips for you. Yes, supermarkets and restaurants are not close, but you can cook with the gas cooker on your terrace when the sun is shining. Wonderful!
