Amazing stay! Maria was an amazing host, keeping good care of us. Location is great, easy to arrive by car. Breakfast was amazing and the beds were the comfiest we have had during our England trip. Will definitely return!

Located in the Jewellery Quarter next to the Button Factory, it's a lovely part of Birmingham, very safe and clean. I have never been before but we were very happy with our location. The bed was really comfortable, the bath/shower was great (pressure and heat), and the complimentary water and tea a nice touch.

Elisa at the reception did her utmost for us, so I hardly remember we had such service even at 5-star hotels. In general the hotel is just a perfect and very affordable place to stay in the very centre in walking distance from the New Street station with direct reach to the airport. Also liked bathroom, small yet extremely convenient.

I liked that the property was modern and the bar was really nice .. I was first greeted at the reception by an employee named Alex and he was very instrumental in making my stay comfortable as he gave me the tips of where in the city to go to and where to get the type of food I will love and went out of his way to make sure my card finally worked as it wasn’t reading the chip on my card and this made delayed me at the reception
