Lovely big room. Quiet room. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The food was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast. A great atmosphere in the pub with plenty of options for food and drink and a quieter area for people wanting to dine. Farnham is a great place. Loved the location, virtually on Farnham high street, beautiful gardens, rooms were large and comfortable, pillows could be softer. Air con didn't work, had a problem, so offered a complimentary drink, and breakfast on the house, and upgrade the day after if we wanted it. So great customer care. Staff were attentive and super friendly. Have to say, the breakfast was the best I've ever had. Book your breakfast when you arrive at the hotel, a lot cheaper.

Very welcoming & friendly staff, in fact going out of their way to help us with a problem we encountered. The hotel is very much in keeping with its image of a country house. The room was clean warm, excellent shower & comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with a fair choice( scrambled eggs cooked to my liking). Plenty of parking and lovely gardens.
