Lovely big room. Quiet room. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The food was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast. A great atmosphere in the pub with plenty of options for food and drink and a quieter area for people wanting to dine. Farnham is a great place. We had a warm welcome at the reception desk. The room was sufficient. The breakfast is particularly good. The personel very kind. The menu for diner offered enough choice. I would sincerely recommend the Swann Inn if You go to Alton, Chawton, Winchester. A perfect place to be.

I booked the venue for a Birthday meeting and booked a table for dinner with our family guests. From arrival to departure all the staff were extremely friendly , helpful and efficient. The table was beautifully prepared, the food excellent and the service attentive and courteous. The room was spotless and had all the facilities expected (kettle, coffee maker, fridge, Tv etc) The breakfast was outstanding, buffet bar plus special orders. nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We will stay there again.

Very welcoming & friendly staff, in fact going out of their way to help us with a problem we encountered. The hotel is very much in keeping with its image of a country house. The room was clean warm, excellent shower & comfortable bed. Breakfast was good with a fair choice( scrambled eggs cooked to my liking). Plenty of parking and lovely gardens.

Bed comfy, staff very friendly, quiz night on the Wednesday when we stayed, hilarious. Bottled water in the room, much appreciated. Would recommend this hotel
