Only 2 minutes walk to a train station and museum which was also on a walking off road route to the Glenfinnan viaduct to see the Jacobite steam train crossing. Glenfinnan monument and Loch Spiel (Black Lake in the Harry Potter series). Also the film location of Dumbledore’s resting place is only 15 drive away over to the next loch. So this is an ideal location for Harry Potter fans. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the evening meal was lovely too. It is a very homely and rustic lodge.
