This is my first choice to stay whenever I visit my nephew in Bristol: great rooms, excellent service , superb location, lovely ambiance and atmosphere, incredible views whether over the park or the cityscape. I loved the hotel, fantastic location, right in the middle of the center. I arrived by train and walked to the hotel, and I left by bus to the airport, walked to the bus station. The hotel is nice, staff was extra helpful. I got a room on the 7th floor, spacious, a very good desk for work, a good chair for the desk. It is in a closed street, so there was no noise whatsoever, qI had great sleep in a comfy bed. The housekeeping was excellent, they changed everything and did it very quickly. I tried the fitness, it is not big but you have everything you need. There is water and extra towels prepared in the fitness, very useful! Air conditioning was spotless, and I could switch it off as well. Great stay. I strongly recommend this hotel.
