Our stay at Glengarry Castle Hotel was an absolute pleasure. The room was large and light and the design of the interior is pretty similar to those gorgeous room scenes like from Downton Abbey:) In Glengarry you really feel the ambience of older times but also you have the amenities of modern days. Breakfast was perfect as well! And the library is a dream. If we are in Scotland again we will definitely book a stay at Glengarry Castle.

The well equipped en-suite room, and open plan lounge and kitchen were well equipped for a four night stay. It is centrally located to easily reach Inverness, Loch Ness, Isle of Skye, Oban, Loch Lomond, and Mallaig by car. The natural beauty along all the roads travelled was mesmerising. I visited this accommodation with my wife and a 17 years old daughter. The outside surrounding area was beautiful with a private parking. The bedroom and shared bathroom were both clean. We made use of the laundry room which was equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers at a cost. The breakfast or a packed lunch can be ordered on site.

The chalet itself was lovely had everything needed for our weeks stay. The setting is fantastic with stunning views across the loch. It's in a perfect location for loads of things to do around the area we have been to the park before so knew the area. The hot tub was a fab extra that we didn't have last time and it was well used.

My three friends and I loved our stay.

My three friends and I loved our stay. The house had two comfortable bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, and kitchen had all we needed plus some welcome treats we appreciated. We loved the donkey outside the window and the horses. The setting was just beautiful and loved being able to take a short walk to the delicious Indian restaurant down the road. (You do need phone or something to light your path after dark). The stars in night sky were amazingly bright. Kevin told us wonderful stories of the area and he was so entertaining we could have listened to him for a long time. We'd definitely stay again.

Invergarry was just to stop for the night so as to go from Edimburgh to Skye Island and back to edimburgh. Be aware that there is no grocery store in Invergarry. The nearest was forth August / miles away from there

Couple that run it very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. It is close enough to Loch Ness to travel into. Bedrooms clean and tidy and en-suite facilities ideal. Breakfast was lovely. We are at the boat house in Loch Ness which was a lovely meal, would recommend booking as it got busy quickly

Can't fault anything about the time at ardgarry farm the chalet was clean comfy and All the facilities you needed , the scenery is magical and relaxing the hosts Kevin and Angie were informative and nothing was to much trouble for them all in all a great two days thank you

Very nice stay at Ardgarry Farm.

Very nice stay at Ardgarry Farm. Kevin went beyond to offer the best possible stay for me and even helped me booking a restaurant for the first night. Very very well kept property and rooms with a top notch quality furnitures and amenities. Place is super clean and I would highly recommend for not only single visitors but couples and families as well! I will definitely be back with my wife and boys in near future.

Wonderful, warm, Highland welcome. Pristine, comfortable accommodation. Fabulous setting. 22 miles of single track road to get there via forest, moor, mountain, Lochs, rivers....incredible scenery and wildlife. A must for all nature lovers searching for somewhere off the beaten track. Best breakfast I have ever had. Can't wait to return. Dog friendly. Marion and Matthew were fantastic hosts.

Pleasant hotel in a lovely building dating from 1885. A good stopping off point for any journey from the south heading to the NW or NE Highlands. I had a very nice room. Comfortable bar and good if not outstanding evening meal.
