If you and your partner want to have a drink at the bar and forever be waiting for a member of staff to not be available, pay daft prices for a drink, sleep on 2 singles pushed up beds pushed up together when you pay for a double bed, get woken up by a knock on the door for housekeeping then pay £114 for a night all yours. Just don’t look at the pictures of the hotel you probably won’t even see half of it when you turn up. They use that for events otherwise your room is the other side of the building to see the rest. The rooms are just standard too nothing special.

The staff were really polite and helpful.

The staff were really polite and helpful. The room was nice and tidy and clean, the bathroom was the only let down with the tub having no plug and the shower head was spraying all over the place with low pressure. The food was excellent and not over priced.

Visiting Kings Langley and the Harry Potter Warner Bros...

Visiting Kings Langley and the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios is an enchanting experience that transports you into the magical world of Harry Potter. Kings Langley, a historic village with charming streets and friendly locals, serves as the perfect gateway to the Harry Potter experience. The village offers quaint shops, cozy pubs, and beautiful walking paths, providing a peaceful retreat. The highlight of the trip, however, is undoubtedly the Warner Bros Studio Tour. As you step into the studios, you're immediately immersed in the wizarding world. The tour offers a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the Harry Potter films, from detailed sets and intricate costumes to props and animatronics. Standouts include the breathtaking Great Hall, Diagon Alley, and the Forbidden Forest. The tour also provides fascinating insights into the filmmaking process, including special effects and makeup. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, enhancing the overall experience. The gift shop is a treasure trove for Harry Potter fans, offering a wide range of merchandise. In conclusion, a visit to Kings Langley and the Harry Potter Warner Bros Studios is a must for any Harry Potter fan. It's a magical journey that leaves you with a deeper appreciation for the films and the immense work that went into creating them.

The room was comfortable and the bed was great.

The room was comfortable and the bed was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The bar area was great but small and crowded (we picked a busy time) The big disappointment was the food - Sunday evening meal was bad, very dried out mash, rock hard roast potatoes and a completely inedible Yorkshire pudding (obviously the last meal of the Sunday lunches). The chicken pie was good. The breakfast was awful.

Nothing to like.

Nothing to like. Toilets dirty, room not that clean, food menu for evening meal poor and we were very ill after eating it. Charged £26.50 for breakfast when only had toast due to being ill all night. Fire doors slamming shut all night , dirty linen left on top of stairs all night

Gorgeous little hotel over a pub / restaurant. Quite a quirky building with lots of old beams and features, lovely sized room and bathroom. Comfortable beds and not too loud given that you are right over a pub. All the staff were lovely and really approachable and the food was amazing if a little on the large portioned side. Only a £7-8 journey to the Harry Potter Studio if you don't drive and around £10 to / from Watford Junction Station (do not use one of the station taxis, they overcharge - google a local firm).

The hotel was lovely, staff were so friendly and attentive, the food was amazing! It is close for Harry Potter Tour, just a short drive. We also had tickets for the Natural History Museum and Theatre tickets for the Saturday, too, so drove to King's Langley Station, parked, and picked up the train into Euston
