Lovely little Annex, nice garden to overlook and outdoor area. Had everything we needed and added touch of croissants and Welsh cakes. Several pubs and co-op in walking distance. Handy to Gower Peninsula. Good parking. Nigel gave us a run down on Annex and locality. Very quiet and peaceful.

The breakfast was excellent Christine even stupplied a Gluten free Breakfast at no extra cost her and her husband were such great hosts and answered any questions I had the patio is beautiful with fantastic views of the sea. The surrounding area especially the mumbles and Gower were stunning

This place is exceptional!! I really can't rate it highly enough! It was immaculately clean, comfortable, warm in temperature and in welcome! Helen is a fantastic host, we had a warm welcome with a lovely cup of tea. Rooms were spotlessly clean, breakfast with homemade bread, marmalade and eggs fresh from the hen. Lovely and very quiet garden, the dogs were my favourite. She gave us a lot of really good suggestions, i.e. Pubs and Parks, which we enjoyed very much. We will definitely be back, best stay we had so far.
