Wish we were there for longer. Fantastic host, great location, amazing views and wildlife. The room was lovely and the breakfast in the house was lovely. They even took care of our dinner reservation at the walled garden which was magnificent. We couldn't have asked for more. Such a treat. Also Terry was k8nd enough to show me her studio and some printing techniques.

Spotless clean hostel in a beautiful setting. Simple but nicely decorated rooms, cosy living area and huge kitchen. Free tea, instant coffee and sugar. Bring your own spices, oil etc if you want to do some cooking. Instant soup, lasagne and pizza available at the reception. Do not miss the walled garden restaurant and the Applecross Inn for lunch/dinner. Beautiful walks and cycling options around the hostel. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room. Staff was friendly/helpful. Kitchen nice and clean. Enough fridges and places to put your stuff in. Lounge nice and looked like a nice living room. The area was lovely. A view over the kettle (highland coo). Free coffee, tea, and everything you require for having a coffee/tea and in the fridge there’s a bottle of milk every guest is welcome to use. Clean toilets/showers. Nothing to complain really.

It was a lovely as everyone said! Perfect in every way. The host was so friendly and welcoming and everything was comfortable. It was spacious with a brilliant kitchen.m, which is an Important feature in this season as there was nothing open anywhere. We were blessed to be able to cook up a hot meal.

The staff were very nice to us - special shout out to "Mama Joe" - a fluent french speaker- who did to us the Distillery tour and made it so interesting. The tour is included in the stay by the way so don't hesitate to do it. The place was very clean and welcoming in every way, the breakfast was good and the establishment has the best view on the sea separating it from Skye, where we had the chance to see some Dolphins. The price is a little high but we 100% recommand it as it was the best place we stayed in during our Scottish trip.

Beautiful warm cabins with heated floors. We also loved the sauna and cold plunge area and you could book it out for the hour so you had it to yourselves. Little bit of a mishap with our room still being cleaned when we checked in but the staff were nothing but lovely and very apologetic and gave us some gifts which we thought was very kind. The food was also amazing as well and not to mention the amazing location and views! Loved our stay and will be recommending to family and friends :)
