A lovely hotel in beautiful location. The staff were wonderful ; from reception staff to bar/restaurant staff. My room was gorgeous. It had a lounge area and a wonderful, large, comfortable bed. There was an old fireplace and beams. Tea/coffee facilities plus some water, juice and fruit. Breakfast was great. Continental or a lovely hot selection from a menu.

Sara is an exceptional host and she gave us some details of the area and all that she does on the property tending to the goats and chickens. We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Old Kiln House B&B and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The place was simply charming, and everything was kept immaculately clean. It's clear that the owners take great pride in the upkeep of the property. Bridget, the host, was an absolute delight. She went out of her way to make me feel welcome and was always available to offer advice and assistance whenever we needed it. Her warm hospitality was truly a highlight of my stay. The breakfast served at The Old Kiln House was a real treat. The food was delicious, and Bridget made sure that everything was nicely presented. It was a great way to start the day. Overall, I would highly recommend The Old Kiln House B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable, charming and welcoming place to stay. The bubbly and friendly hostess Jacqui was warm and welcoming, was excellent with communication, and we felt instantly at home and at ease. The hut was cozy and complete; we didn't want for anything! Jacqui had provided a simple breakfast for the morning with muffins, fresh milk, hot chocolate, and porridge. A short walk away was an excellent pub serving amazing food. The shower was perfect. Everything in the hut was well thought through and offered comfort in good taste. We will definitely be back!
