We’ve felt like at home. There is and amazing and wonderful place. When you are there, you can feel the peace, that’s incredible. I recommended it. We didn't necessarily need a breakfast so opted for this property as it was close to where we needed to be early the next day. Location was excellent for Moira restaurants and bars, plus Balmoral show which was the purpose of our stay. Property was super clean. Host is top notch and super helpful.

We were delighted with our visit to Valley Stream Guest House. We stayed in the annex where we enjoyed our own little apartment. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with croissants, fruit and cereal for breakfast. Great value ! Laura was a lovely friendly host
