The hotel is not in Newton Abbott. It is in the deep countryside on a small windy country lane in places only ONE vehicle wide. You may have to reverse to allow another vehicle to pass. We met tractors and followed a large gravel lorry so be warned. Loved the location.

Good place to stay if you want to try out Devons lido's. Good rail links and buses are OK. The shopping area is worth a visit too. Try Warren's cream tea takeaway while you're there...and remember it's jam then cream!! check recent reviews if you're thinking of staying in the Keyberry Hotel..in Aug 24 it was truly awful. Newton Abbot is a nice little town, with a decent array of shops. If you have little ones, you must go to iTown as it's a great place for toddlers and Primary School kids. Everything we needed in the kitchen. I stayed with my mum and it suited us both. Great location to explore other parts of Devon but with a couple of shops and pubs so you don't have to travel in the evening.
