Good value for money stay, I only booked on the day. There were lovely, helpful staff. Good toiletries in the bathroom, large shower, big white fluffy towels. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Everywhere was clean. Reasonable price for on site parking made it very easy to stay here.

What an excellent stay! The tea and coffee selection included Cadbury Hot Chocolate (nice touch!), the rooms were spotless and elegantly furnished. The short distance to the adjacent pub is more than convenient and the food is delicious and creative! I will definitely be back soon!

What a great surrounding first if all. So much beautiful nature. Very romantic place for sure. Breakfast was great and I love that you can sit outside everywhere. The hotel grounds are breathtaking. Really loved it and recommend 100%.

It was such a pleasant experience staying there. Very clean, well-organised and quiet. Our room was quite spacious and had a beautiful street view filled with green. The common areas were well maintained, spacious and always available during our stay. Self check-in and checkout. Decent breakfast options available in the kitchen, with facilities to cook your own simple meal as well. There is also a separate common refrigerator to store your own stuff if needed.

The rooms were spot on, bed was comfy plenty of space in the room and styled very well. although I didn’t get to meet the staff, they were very accommodating and friendly when it came to me checking in late when I spoke to them on the phone.

The helpful owner explained to us on the phone quite late in the evening that the reception was open 24/7 and there were still rooms available, (although many passengers were delayed at Stansted due to a train accident on the route from London), after which she welcomed us very kindly at 11.30 pm, showed us the room, wrote the invoice and gave us all the information we needed. Breakfast served was a freshly prepared very good English Breakfast with good coffee.
