A superb B&B in a rural setting. Our hosts, Jonathan and Mary, could not do more for us. In fact, at their insistence, they washed and ironed a load of our dirty laundry. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, with a choice of cereals, juice, yoghurt and fruit compotes, as well as your choice of a cooked breakfast.

The location is quiet, the house is beautiful (if you like old buildings which have been lovingly restored) and the hosts are friendly and helpful. The surrounding countryside is lovely and there are plenty of interesting places to visit in the area. There is also a cat called Kitten who stole our hearts. The breakfasts are excellent with a great choice of food.

The bed was an absolute dream — one of the best sleeps we’ve had on the road. Great shower, strong Wi-Fi, and everything felt cozy and peaceful from the moment we arrived. We loved waking up to the sound of robins and being surrounded by so much nature. The hosts were kind and thoughtful, and even gifted us fresh-laid eggs, which was such a treat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. The food for both dinner and breakfast was excellent, especially the veggie breakfast.... those cheddar and leek sausages were to die for! Great place, would definitely stay again without hesitation!
