What a beautiful hotel. So close to everything and Tracy couldn't of been more welcoming and helpful. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, cosy and relaxing. I will definitely be back to Chester and will be staying here again!

We found this last minute stay on the road from Wales to Newcastle upon Tyne. Needed a peaceful place for the night and this was worth every penny. As for the included breakfast, this was even above any expectations- SO delicious and well and freshly cooked. Highly recommended place to stay for one night or even more if Cheshire needs to be explored more.

Very nice , clean and a great location.The moxy is a great hotel very close to town centre , which suited me I had only walking distance to where I needed to go , when visiting Chester again in the future , the moxy would be my first & favourite choice .

    The Hotel is defo worth a stop-over.

    The Hotel is defo worth a stop-over. Whether you eat in Nelsons or The Palm Court the Food is excellent and `fits` all budgets . The Breakfast is `top-notch` and sets you up for the Day. All of the Staff seem happy, there`s a Good Morning to all, and all done with a nice smile. We`ll definitely be returning. Oh, well done to all. Looking forward to stopping over again.

    A very lovely hotel set in a little Cheshire village, a jewel in the beautiful countryside. A couple of Weddings were on the weekend we visited. A fantastic venue! Visit Chester, its a great Town.

    Great hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Both resuarants were of a night standard. Rooms were very clean seeing as it was pet friendly. Pool was nice although dressing rooms were a bit tired. The room was possibly haunted.

    Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds.

    Beautiful hotel set in lovely grounds. Smart and opulent interior with grand fireplace and decor. Bedroom was large with clean fresh en-suite. Breakfast in the Palm Court was superb freshly prepared and plentiful. Excellent hotel and restaurant staff service.

    Great pet friendly hotel in good location.

    Great pet friendly hotel in good location. Comfy beds and nice rooms. Good spa facilities and nice bar for lunch and evening meal. Breakfast was a little limited as the food wasn’t refreshed but think this was due to a lack of staff. Check out was slow but there was an issue with other customers that caused the delay. Would stay again as fabulous for dogs.

    Quiet, modern and very comfortable room. Bed so comfortable and pillows amazing. Cleanliness of high standard and toiletries, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water & shortbread biscuits provided. Decor in room was to a very high standard - loved it! Stayed at hotel as attending a wedding there. So lovely to be able to go to a room at the venue to freshen up and change in the evening.

    this hotel was beautiful, very well appointed room (king Suite) with exceptional bathroom and four poster bed. Staff at check in and at dinner was very attentive and professional. The breakfast however it was not to the standard of the rest of the hotel; Wasn't any different from a budget hotel.
