The location is breathtaking - I had a room looking straight over the bridges and it was nothing short of spectacular. The room itself was huge and beautifully appointed including an excellent en-suite shower room. I took dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and efficient and the systems for check-in, car park and check out are really well thought out and effective. I’ll definitely be back at the first opportunity.

Queensferry is a lovely town, but suffers as all have from shops being turned in to hairdressers and charity shops. Could do with a little bit of care and attention to some of the lovely old buildings which are looking a bit stressed.

A nice little get away for a night after a heavy weekend. Cracking hotel and fantastic views of the 3 bridges over The Forth. Some nice pubs along the way too. Some modern and some with a more local rustic feel.

Ideal location and base to visit Edinburgh. Accommodation clean and well equipped. Nice welcome pack of bread, milk, cheese, fruit and more importantly coffee pods! Peaceful location and Queensferry has many places to eat and walks. As a couple we used a two together railcard to catch the train (a 10 mins walk) from Dalmeny station to Edinburgh Waverley for 3-days in a row. In Sep 2025, this was only £8.49 daily return for the two of us with an open return and no peak time limits.

It was great. The owner was very kind and solved all the problems we had. I couldn't speak much English, but she explained everything to me carefully. And when you go out into the hallway you can hear the parrots whistling. It's very pleasant. The bus stop to Edinburgh was just a 3-minute walk away, so the location was great. It's not a hotel, so it's a bit inconvenient, but the price is reasonable and the owner is a great person, so I'm very satisfied. Thank you very much.

In a very central location in South Queensferry. The staff are a credit to the hotel, every member of staff was welcoming and attentive. The service at both breakfast and for drinks was very quick and efficient. We didn't have evening meals there but the meals I saw at other tables looked very good. The outside patio area overlooking the Forth Bridges is a bonus too. Will definitely be back!
